SEAWORTHY'S NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDE!•
Posted on July 14 2016
A really fun part of moving to the new studio has been EXPLORING. As Portland expands, it can be hard to stay up to date on the great shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that saturate each little nook and cranny of the Rose City.
Don't worry, we have done some exploring around the SE Sandy/Burnside neighborhood to tell you about some of our favorite spots super close to Seaworthy.
At East 21st and Burnside you will find some of the BEST Italian food in town. This space is small and comfortable. Perfect for a steak salad with red wine on our lunch break or the delicious octopus salad and some sparkling wine after work. So very delicious.

Travel a little further east on Burnside and you will find this treat! If you aren't already enticed by the name, we can't be friends. This wonderful addition to 28th Ave offers perfect plates of cheese, crackers, meat, fruit and chocolate. Plus, some of the most delicious soft serve! They have beer, wine, bubbles and sidewalk seating for fantastic people watching. (Can you see a bubbles theme?)

A little further north on 28th is a sweet-smelling, brightly-colored, super-friendly spot offering delicious Italian gelato. They often use native Oregon flavors in their recipes as well as the coveted flavor of Birthday Cake. They also offer espresso and...DONUTS!
