Lead times & Returns

Please see the announcement bar at the top of the website to confirm our current lead time. All items are made to order, unless noted. 

MADE TO ORDER

Made to order items usually take 4 to 5 weeks to make. Items will ship after this window. Choosing Express shipping only speeds up the transit time once the item ships, it does not speed up our production time. 

CUSTOM SIZES

Lead times for custom sizes or custom stone rings take about 4 to 6 weeks to ship. All sales are final on custom sizes/styles.  Please email info@seaworthypdx.com to inquire about specific timelines

14K GOLD & FINE JEWELRY 

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for 14k gold styles or fine jewelry styles that need to be resized before shipping. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If for any reason the item doesn't work for you, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of package delivery. We do not offer cash refunds. We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased during sample/second sales. Email info@seaworthypdx.com to make arrangements.
